RERO - DO NOT CROSS THE LINEArtiste en résidence au Studio 13/16 du 13 au 21 avril ! [via jaiblog] « INSIDE OUT » ou « OUTSIDE IN »  Depuis samedi 13 avril et jusqu’au 16 juin, le Studio 13/16 du Centre Pompidou fait la part belle au street-art et à une sélection de ses acteurs les plus talentueux. Comment faire entrer un art, dont le propre est d’être à l’extérieur, dans un espace d’exposition, fondamentalement clos ? C’est avec brio que Sarah Mattera, la commissaire d’EX SITU, détourne cette problématique. Ici point d’œuvres exposées mais une succession de street-artistes qui investissent le Studio 13/16 sous la forme de résidences : RERO, YZ, LUDO, JONONE, OX, VHILS et MARK JENKINS, s’installent successivement dans le Studio 13/16 pour créer en live devant le public adolescent et initier ce dernier à leurs techniques respectives. Et comme Sarah n’aime pas faire les choses à moitié, elle a invité chaque artiste à investir, de manière éphémère, un espace interstitiel du Centre Pompidou : vitres, murs, escalators … se voient ainsi « habillés » de créations artistique pour le moins spectaculaires.
