In the Chinese zodiac the years of the ox are 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985 and 1997. The ox is stubborn, but also persistent, dependable and loyal.

These images were designed for a Culture Initiative show in Charlotte, NC featuring animals of the Chinese zodiac.
